ShopCartz provides modifications, templates and services on an “AS IS” basis and as such is not responsible for any liability, actual or imagined as a result of using this programming code or our service in any way. The use of our products and acceptance of our service is the sole responsibility of the user. Every file and program has been tested, but due to the many factors which can vary the modification and installation instructions cannot be guaranteed to work on all CubeCart™ versions, computer systems or cannot be guaranteed to be compatible with ShopCartz or any other modifications, unless otherwise stated. This disclaimer extends to the instructions, files, compressed file(s) and structure, installation, modification, replacement or extension of any code within the modification or the files, file structure, computer system, or website the modification is applied to. Our modifications and services do not come with any warranty, refund, replacement, upgrade, update unless stated otherwise.

Licence Agreement:
This modification cannot be used unless accompanied by a valid licence for a single site, or unless it is stated that a licence is not required. For multiple websites, on single, partitioned or separate servers additional licences are required. This non-exclusive license grants you certain rights to use the modification however you may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, reformat or otherwise ShopCartZ scripts, modifications or code or any part thereof and may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away to another person or entity.

We are independent people, third party service provider, and are in no way connected with Devellion Ltd and CubeCart™. Devellion Ltd and CubeCart™ have no affiliation with our products or service and they do not support third party modifications. For any support relating to the CubeCart V3 or CubeCart V4 systems please contact Devellion Ltd and CubeCart™.  Unless otherwise stated we offer no ongoing support relating to our products or service.
